Brazil Certifies High-Tech Helicopter Avionics from Geneva Aviation.
April 17, 2008 - Geneva Aviation, a member of the DART Helicopter Services family of companies, has received Brazilian Agência Nacional de Aviaçao Civil (ANAC) approval for its newly re-configured avionics consoles, broadcast-quality audio systems, and customizable instrument panels.
The Geneva Aviation Supplemental Avionics Console, widely considered a must-have among airborne law enforcers, brings additional radios and control heads within easy reach of busy flight crews. The user-friendly console increases avionics space by 10 inches, reduces workload, while enhancing the reliability of the Avionics System.

As an alternative, the compact, plug-and-play Avionics Console is ideal for applications that do not require the additional avionics space provided with the Supplemental Avionics Console. An experienced technician can install the Avionics Console overnight, with the aircraft returned to service in time for the first flight the next day.
The Geneva Audio System is designed for Homeland Defense, Law Enforcement, Electronic News Gathering, or any mission that requires crew members to manage multiple radios and other audio sources simultaneously. The Audio System, along with GenevaÕs family of diverse control heads and controllers, delivers high-quality audio in a modular building block architecture, easily meeting challenging mission requirements in a heavy workload environment.
Like all Geneva products, the Instrument Panel is easily customized. It is also available in three widths to provide more space to mount displays and radios. The panel replaces the OEM fiber-optic lighting system (including the light box, and optionally the dimmer module) with post lights and an optional Geneva dimmer module. Operators benefit from more reliable instrument readability and an attractive, lightweight panel. Support structures and visors are also available for installation with the instrument panel.
